Hello Kitty: The Asian Attraction for the 21st Century
Well, sometime ago my friend, Don, has written a blog entry titled How to Attract an Asian Man: A Pedantic Guide and the results have been phenomenal. I am told that lots of people have read his guide and countless people have benefited as a result. Be sure to click on the link to read his guide for free, or even if you don’t need it, you could always use some laughter for the day. 
But anyway, let me spill some of the secrets here, though. According to Don (who is an Asian guy), in addition to making cutesy smiles and giggling a lot, having Hello Kitty products is now the new attraction for the 21st century Asian man. Yes, buy anything with Hello Kitty on it. A Hello Kitty cell phone cover is a must. You may want to read his guide in order to understand this.

Okay, I couldn’t resist posting on this one. It’ll only make sense if you read the page that Jessica linked to. (So read it. It’s 20% joke and 80% serious.)
Why aren’t Asian men as agressive as white men? I suggest two reasons, one for each generation.
First generation: These men are not familiar with American culture and shy away from anything over which they don’t have control. White men, on the other hand, are supposed to see Asian women as “exotic” and are less likely to shy away from them.
Second generation: Asian culture, being built on heiarchy, family, and order, values education highly. Those Asians who came to America and worked as dish-washas want their kids to become doctor and become lawyer. The ones who started their own business don’t see that the way to wealth is to OWN. They, too, encourage their kids to get good education and become lawyer for high pay. The education licensing process required to get started in these careers emphasizes submission. Yes, this is true even for lawyers. Who’s gonna be more of a go-getter: a real estate investor or a lawyer?
That’s something to consider if you’re female but not Asian. Unless you find the rare Asian man who’s truly an entrepreneurial ENTJ go-getter, are you willing to have your kids raised with an education-focused, passive mentality? Most Americans are okay with this. But just make sure you know what you’re getting into.

One of the people I do business with is half Asian, and he’s dating someone who’s the daughter of Italian immigrants. According to her, the relationship works because she’s willing to put up with all of his quirks and has some of her own as well. They painted his house with red and gold spray paint on the inside, and it doesn’t look half bad. No Hello Kitty, though.
