Hi Pastor Bruce! Good to hear from you. That's nice to know you have this painting in your dining area. It is a nice pic indeed. I saw it in my friend's recent blog post and really liked it. So I thought it'll be good to use here. :)

Hi Chris! :welcome_js: Thanks for the visit. Well, I know there are other brothers & sisters in Christ who would disagree with me on this, but as for my understanding thus far, currently I lean toward the Sabbatarian view. I had a nice Lord's Day this past weekend. I hope yours was a blessed one as well. :D

Hi Jessica,
I love the pic. I have a copy of that hanging in our dining area. I have had it for several years - [actually, I may have had it longer than you are in age. | Now that may mean I am getting old! :-) ] The pic reminded me of an old painting that I would love to find. It is called: The Forbidden Book. It is a pic of a (Colonial or Puritan dressed) young woman looking over the shoulder of a old man at a Bible and the woman is shown with a look of surprise. This seems to indicate that they have been caught reading the forbidden book - The Bible. Hope the Lord's Day was good to you. Enjoy the coming days and Merry Christmas.
